One of the great Grey Elves, Oropher, Grandfather of Legolas, established the Woodland Realm within the Greenwood, however after his death and Sauron’s rise in the ancient elven fortress of Dol Guldur, fel creatures decended upon the greenwood, to which it eventually became known as Mirkwood. This band with its grey matte tungsten carbide pays hommage to the strength and longevity of the Grey Elves. Its interior is of hand turned Cedar to remind its bearer of the once and mightly trees of the Greenwood.
